Hi,
I am a block2 nursing student so I have not graduate.
I am looking for an online NCLEX site one that has certain topics more than random questions.
In other words our first test is on Immune, Cancer and HIV so I would like something that would help me with this.
Any websites you would reccomend to a student.
Thanks,

Look for the websites that are associated with your textbooks. They are most likely to cover the material in the manner closest to your instructor's tests.

I have recently enrolled on the Kaplan course. I have been very impressed. the 5 day teaching course where you attend classes is worth every penny. The lady who taught us was absolutely superb and she herself had been (some years ago!) a Kaplan student and she had passed no problem after 75 questions. She has now become a teacher of the course as she completely believes in it so strongly.
The course is tough BUT the questions are very similar to what you will expect to take on the exam so there are no horrible surprises. to give you an example, a friend of mine who took another prep course got the shock of her life when she turned up for the Nclex exam as the type of questions that had been given to her to practice, were absolutely nothing like the exam and she failed. She has also enrolled on the Kaplan course and said she has been really impressed as well.
Also I think the entire fundamental point of the kaplan course is how to think - critical thinking is fundamental to passing this exam and they have a fantastic strategy to help you carefully analyze each question and to help you think critically. I think this has equally as much importance as the nursing knowledge.
Hope that helps :)
