Hi, I currently have my LPN and am 1 clinical away from getting my RN-BSN. I have all the rest of my credits passed with As and clinicals passed with satificatory rates from my college. This semester I landed with a clinical instructor who is known to fail people on the last day of the clinical. She really got in my face when I was trying to spike an IV antibiotic and as result I "failed" to perform the task properly and as result my "clinical judgement" and "technical skills" are lacking therefore I got an unsatisfactory in clinical. Any way, I may be able to retake the course again if granted re-admission to my school but I am thinking of back up plans right now. I got my LPN this summer just to gain some experience but now I am extremely glad I did. I never envisioned being in this situation. I have excelled well in all my other clinicals and classes. I just want my RN and begin working. If anyone knows any good online programs that take most of transfer credits and have reviews/or advice would be great. Thank you.

Indiana State University offers a reputable online LPN-to-BSN completion program. Since the vast majority of schools do not accept nursing coursework for transfer credit, you may or may not be out of luck and might have to start from scratch.
Your best bet for finding a school to accept previously earned nursing courses for transfer credit are the investor-owned schools of questionable repute such as University of Phoenix (LPN-to-BSN program) and Kaplan College (LVN-to-ASN program).
