Online lecture resources?

Does anyone know of any online lecture resources? Just started advanced med surg and my instructor only does case studies and no lectures... She doesnt even give an outline >:0 Specifically right now I'm looking for any good lectures over the cardiac module. Happy studying

    I don't know about cardiac lectures but have you looked on iTunes? it's free and I found some good general nursing class lectures there (look in the iTunes U section.) You don't need an iPod or an iPhone, just a computer with iTunes on it.
