Hi everyone! This is my first post on here, although i have been visiting the website and reading for a while. I am trying to apply to an accelerated BSN program next year. I still have to take some science prerequisites before starting the application process. I was thinking of completing them at a local community college, but I am also wondering if anyone has experience with taking these classes online and how the schools feel about that.
Some of the classes I need are Chemistry, P&A I & II, & Microbiology
Any Suggestions in relation to the BSN programs around the country would be greatly appreciated.
I have a BA in Psychology, with a 3.11 GPA, higher in the last 4 semester than the first two.
Thanks in advance :)

Trident university has A&P 1 and 2 online, as well as micro, and they have a chemistry sequence as well. All with lab. Tuition is high but you don't need books due to all course content is provided to you. They are accredited.
Oh and the chemistry course has a lab sequence especially for nursing and allied health.

You should be aware, going in, that not all online science labs will be accepted for nursing programs. Before taking them online you REALLY should check with the school you ultimately wish to transfer into, to see if they will accept those courses, those credits. If yes....yay. If not....you won't want to have wasted considerable time and money.
Good luck :)
