Ohio failed NCLEX

Does anyone have any experience with failing the NCLEX in Ohio? Do I have to just pay pearson vue again or do I also pay the state the 75 dollars again?

    You have to pay the $75 fee for the board plus $200 for Pearson Vue. The only reason I know is because my friend had to do that.

    I am currently in this situation in OH. I paid PV and called/emailed the OBON but no response yet... Do we send in another application along with the 75$ fee?
