Obtaining Group1 Report

Hello! LVN about to become and RN. Today during orientation for our last semester, the level instructors talked about Group1. I had heard about it before, through allnurses....but I cant seem to find a link anywhere to obtain my report. Any ideas???

    From my limited exposure I think it functions like credit reporting agencies. I got the impression that only employers can obtain reports. But, if they get a negative report, the individual is then entitled to get a copy for free. I know, that is not ideal. But, in truth - if they have negative info on you it's going to take some time and effort to clear it. Thank heavens it's only used in very limited areas.
