OBRA Assessment

Hello,

I have a patient who discharged to  the hospital on 12/15/20. Patient prior discharged to hospital had a scheduled quarterly assessment due for 1/9/21. However, upon return from hospital on 12/23 we opened a significant change assessment with ARD of 12/29/20.

My question is, why is the PCC/Scheduler is still showing that we need to open a QRTLY 1/9/21?

    Ignore. Once the SCC is completed (accepted), the scheduler will update itself
