Ob Hesi

I just took mine this morning. I felt really good about the material since it is a subject that really interests me. Imagine my surprise when my grade was posted as a 98!!!!! I was so excited. Especially after slugging through the med/surg HESI's and barely passing them. Woo Hoo!!! :balloons:

Well done. I take my med surg Hesi in the morning. How soon were you able to find out your score??

You find out immediately after you end the exam. You get to see rationales for all the ones you missed, and see the breakdown of how each question is graded. More difficult questions are worth more of the final percentage.

Is this your first HESI? Good luck in the morning!!!

Yes, I take my first Hesi in the morning, immediately after my clinical final!!!!

I feel like I have so much information crammed inside my head that it is likely to burst at any minute. I cannot wait until my Hesi is complete and then I get to come home and sleep!!!! I will get sleep tonight, but sleep after a test is so much better because every dream is not about possible test questions and dream state rationales!!

I have to take and OB and a Peds Hesi, but not until the end of the semester. Are they just basically like nursing exams (NCLEX type questions)? It makes me kind of nervous since it counts for part of our grade in class. Thanks.

Oh, AmyB - sorry, but GO CARDS!!

Compared to our nursing exams, the HESI was more straightforward. I always scored about ten points higher on the HESI than I did on any unit exam. It counts as part of our grade also, but only 5%. Not too bad if you bomb it. :uhoh3:
