OB careplan help

i'm stumped as to what nursing diagnosis to use for my patient because she didn't appear to have any issues. her labor was fast, she barely felt the contractions (so i feel that i can't use pain as a diagnosis), she didn't seem anxious, she was prepared so i feel like i can't use knowledge deficit, she didn't have a history of other medical issues so the whole labor process was normal. does anyone have any ideas on what i could use?

Does your book have some NANDA diagnoses? That is a good place to start.

There have been many, many posts about OB care plans, etc and the Nursing Diagnosis / Care Plan sticky at the top of theses forums are also pretty helpful.

Make sure you consider all aspects of L&D and the mother/baby aspects too. Remember Maslow.
