NYU nurse residency program

I have applied to positions as a new grad since August 2011 and have not received any calls or emails for interview. Does this program really work?? They say you need a 3.5 and no C's in your pre-requisites and nursing courses.....WELL, I graduated with a 3.91 in nursing and a 4.0 in my pre-requisites and ALL A's....not even a B on my transcript. So what's seem to be the problem?? I thought I had it in the bag:confused:. Could someone please tell me what should I do in this situation? I have gone there in person but they don't want to see anyone unless is by computer....:mad:. I have great recommendations, GREAT resume and cover letter (have been critique by specialists). I have no experrience of course, but I have a previous Bachelor's. What do they want?:confused:
