Nybody here in wait for new grad program in North San Diego?

hi!

I sent my resume at Scripps Memorial Medical Hospital for their new grad program. i sent it may 5th and earlier i called them to inquire if the program is still on going and they said they just closed the application last friday. they are starting to call applicants for interview now. the program will start on July. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that i will be able to receive their call and eventually be part of the program. anybody here who also applied at scripps? or anyone waiting for a call with regards to a new grad program you applied to.

any suggestions or advices??

I'm waiting for a call also. I really would love to have an opportunity to get a call for an interview. My last callback was from Stanford...."all positions filled". I thought that I had a chance too. Hopefully this time it will be different. I am just praying and waiting patiently and trying to have a positive attitude.

i know..i can feel the effect of recession in this matter, a friend told me that they laid low having some training programs for RN due to the cut off in the budget of some hospitals. i really hope both of us will get a call from the hospital we applied to. i'm even trying to get a temporary job so atleast i can start working while waiting.

its God's plan for us that matters, he knows whats best for us. i dont want to loose hope, i know time will come we'll work and will miss having lots of break

you have an idea how much is the pay for new grads? or was there a pay for RNs who are in the program
