NY CVS Application request for Verification of academic records/transcprit

Hi I just applied for CVS NY on August 2016. I studied from PI. I sent 2 forms to CGFNS... Thhe transcript authorization form and the notarized attestarion form on sept. Online I checked the status and it says Trancript Validation Form - Waiting to be received.

Is the validation form the request for verification of academic records/transcript? Is CgFNS supposed to send that to school or was I supposed to pull it out somewhere and then send it to school? Cuz I only pulled out the ones that they required from the online app which are the authorization and the notarized attestation?

please help me :) thank you
