Nursing

Hi I’m a nurse assistant and I want to go for either nursing or radiology tech or pa or speech therapist. TBH I grew as an abused child where my mom tried stuffing my face with a pillow amongst other issues I had. Yes I have some ptsd. I am five years as a nurse assistant with most at va. They were nice and I tried to help but could not give me part time so I went to another hospital only lasted three months. I left after three months because I felt helpless most importantly as I was ignored and almost threw my back out doing patient pull-ups by myself and turns by myself. While doing all this in the middle of my tasks I was dumped with three or four different tasks on me including sometimes two people needed to go to the bathroom at the same time. Could not ask for help because no one would pick up. I left because I felt helpless and abused. I have offered to help them too. Trying to get back into va but no answer. Are hospitals and facilities mostly like this? What’s it take to be a nurse or cna if this is the case? Patients were demanding too because they had to wait. Please advise!
