:yawn:Just read again, that there will be a shortage in 2016, an article coming out of california, with colleges having 2 yr. waiting list. They are sending infor also to high schools, requiring them to teach A & P and microbiology, so that the students can save money and time. Is this some kind of a joke. WHERE IS THE SHORTAGE, the field is now becming more competitive, because of the influx of RN, attrition, laying off and rehiring at a lower rate of pay. Hospitals are closing, and rhectoric still going on about a SHORTAGE, this is madness in NURSING, anybody else.
