Nursing Program to transfer to from Baker College?

U of M, Ferris State, and Central take all and/or partial credits from Baker. You would have to contact each schools academic office for specifics.

Which campus? Have you taken the Kaplan exam yet?

The competition is awful at Baker. It's enough to make someone ill.

That's what I keep seeing. Partial credits. I am going to have to contact another school if I don't get in since the program is just going to grow and continue to be more competitive, I hate the worrying and the anxiety of waiting to find out if you got in and so far, I keep hearing that I still have a chance...but even one of my friends with a 4.0 and a decent percentage on the Kaplan is nervous!

I took the Kaplan. It sounded like everyone's scores were in the 60's-70's with only a couple of people scoring in the low 80's. No one scored higher than 85. I know I scored better than a lot of people but I don't know how many other people scored in the 70's. Bah! It's enough to make anyone go mad!

The Kaplan test was insanly vague and difficult. Everyone I spoke with felt like they were not prepared even with the hours of studying. It was almost like you either know it or you don't and there was no way to really prepare.

For sure! I was told the average score on the Kaplan was low-mid 70's, and 80's are rare. If you got more than 75-ish%, you should be in good shape. Also, don't forget that even if you didn't make it in, you will get an extra point for re-applying the next semester (this greatly improves the chances you will get in the next go round, a point can make a HUGE difference!)

I was worried about getting in, and I don't know what the lowest accepted point score was, but I know someone with a 23 point something got in this semester. I wish I had known that all summer, could have used that energy spent worrying for other things lol.

P B and J...I also heard that a girl got in with a gpa of 3.6 and points totaling 22 point something. That alot of people lie about there points when it comes to getting in. I talked to girl while waiting to take the kaplan that she was friends with the girl that got in with 22 points...So I am hoping that it is true cause I have 24 points and am nervous about applying.
