II am new to this site. I am an undergrad student. I was wondering, what else can one do with nursing prerequsites besides being a nurse? :balloons:

I believe that you might be able to become a Physical Therapy Assistant without having to take too many extra courses. I worked in a physical therapy office for six years. It seemed to me that the only difference between an assistant and the therapist was that the assitant couldn't do initial evals. I'm sure the pay is different too!:)

At my school, the pre-req's for respiratory therapy and nursing are almost identical. I would imagine that the pre-req's for ultrasound technology and radiologic technology would be similar as well. Good luck!
