Nursing PreReq GPA

Hello! I'm in my second year of pre reqs and looking to apply to nursing school after this semester! What was everyone's science prereq GPA? I got a 3.1 with my CNA license so would my chances be low?

    A 3.1 science GPA with a CNA license is still good. Many nursing programs look at more than just GPA, and having CNA experience can really help your application. Your chances aren't low—it just depends on the program. Keep going and good luck with your application!

    3.1 is a good GPA. Contact schools where you want to attend and have them provide guidance. For the most part a B and above is totally fine.  These schools need students (and the tuition they pay).  Don't buy into "oh you are so lucky to get in".  You are the paying student.  They don't exist without students and they will be lucky to have you enrolled. Good luck.
