For example:
To remember the meds to always cross check with another nurse
always think Did I Kill Her for (Digoxin, Insulin, K+ and Heparin)
What are some of the mnemonics or little sayings other nurses use to remember protocols?

I - Insulin Infusions
N - Neuromuscular Blockers
C - Controlled Substance Infusions
C - Chemotherapy
H - Heparin Infusions
