Nursing home interview.

Hello everyone,

I,m a new license RN, I got an interview in a nice skilled nursing and rehab facility in my neighbourhood. After the interview, the ADON told me that she is very impressed about my professional background and she will like to hire me. she promised to called me in a week later after the background check and license verification for an orientation. My question is that it has been two days past the day she promised to call, is it o.k to give her a call or just let it go?. I'm so concern about calling her because i don't have an idea what to say.

just wait for the call for a month if no call, apply to another place like me..when u apply to a new place indicate part time not full time in case the first one calls you back..I know how u feel..i got 4 interviews and the 5th one I got hired 1 week after the interview..patience is an important virtue in life..and pray..all employers say that they say that to get your hopes up..do u have work experience in nursing like cna or caregiver?huge plus to get hired
