A year ago I started taping neat useful diagrams and such into a 3x5 moleskin notebook. I would easily carry it with me during work, and pull it out when needed. Items such as assessment tips, SOAP outlines, ECG placement, Pupil size, etc etc etc.
Well, the notebook is full and tattered, but these hints are priceless.
I have looked for a perfect 3x5 ring notebook but no luck. I would love also to add some drug cards.
Does anyone have any suggestions or use a similiar tool?
Thanks!

I'm still a pre-req student, but I've heard from many nurses that they've started using PDAs to help. Check out the Apple Iphone of for a PDA without the phone, check with HP.com they make some good ones. Hope this helps :)

Did you ever think of bringing it to a Kinko's (or place like that) that could bind the book for you, that way you can still have the book without recopying everything? They would be able to add a cover and bind it however you like it (like a composition notebook, spiral, ect). Maybe check into something like that!
Good luck - I know how hard it is to lose something so valuable!
