Nursing Assistant/CNA Program at CSN?

I'm taking the summer program. get a stethoscope and cuff,and gait belt. The uniform is a custom top from campus club uniforms and navy scrub pants. Shoes white or navy. They give you a list of everything you need at orientation.

oh okay, cool thank you! And can i get any color/brand stethoscope & bp cuff?? And so we cannot wear any color scrubs for lab?

They didn't specify on colors or brands so I just got mine at the uniform place when I ordered my uniform. I don't think any color scrubs are allowed,we have to wear the uniform to all classes, but I will let you know for sure after I start. I'm getting really excited!

I took the program last fall and got my license in feb. Yes you can get any color stethoscope/bp cuff (not required but i would advice you get one) and gait belt (required) you want. The top uniform has to be the white one they sell at campus club. But you can buy your navy color pants anywhere else. And white or navy color shoes.

Hazel were you able to find work right away?

I havent applied anywhere. I took cna for the extra points and for the experience to see if nursing is really for me. 😊
