i just want to ask if rashes can cause fluctuations in the blood pressure?

if you can give me a reference to this one..i really need it..

Not that I know of, but they can cause ulcers where there are varicose veins and ischemic vessels close to surface body areas.

Anything that causes discomfort or stress can increase the BP. I don't have a reference on that, but look up the relationship between pain and BP. Pain is well-known to cause a rise in BP. Also, research how other stresses (infection, etc.) can cause an increase in BP. You might not find a sourse particularly related to rashes, but I suspect the mechanism would be similar to those that cause rises in BP due to other stresses.

The side effects of some BP medications can also cause rashes.
