Nurses for Newborns

Hey all! I was wondering if any of you work or have worked for nurses for newborns. i hear about it on the radio all the time. just wanted some info about it: the pay, experience, what its like, etc. thanks! any info would be great!

umm...Nurses for Newborns is a Missouri affiliated organization. That is why I am posting here and not the neonatal section. Again, if anyone has any experience working there, I would love to hear more about it. I've been to there website already. Just wanted to hear some personal feedback. Thanks again!
