This agency seems to offer 4 and 8 week assignments. Has anyone worked with them before and if so how was your experience? I have worked in an OR and ER and have just been hired as a school nurse and was looking for employment in the summer.

Thanks.

I've worked with them on two seperate assisgments. One 7 week and the other 12 weeks. The pay is weekly and they pay a bonus of $100 a week but I choose to use that money for a rental car reimbursement ( that way they wil not take out taxes). I choose to fly and leave my car at home. That way you won't spend 2-3 days on the road. It should work out good for you. Take a 6-7 week assignment. You do work 4 days a week versus 3. The only downside is the housing and obtaining a license. . Hopefully you have a compact nursing license (that will give you more options)They will not place you in an apt unless you sign for a 13 week assisgnment. They place you in an extended stay hotel which I hated. Good Luck

I worked for them about a year ago, just did one assigment. I had a great experience with them. Everything in the contract was done. I did an 8 week contract, they rarely have 4 or 6 weekers. Paychecks on time and correct.

I was in a small city on this contract and had to stay in a Best Western Inn and Suites. They paid for a king room that had fridge and microwave. It was nice and I didn't mind it. Just packed things from home I knew I couldn't live without. It was kinda nice getting free breakfast everyday and getting maid service!

The only reason I am not with them now is because they don't get many assigments in the areas I need.
