1. the observation cells are part of the infirmary.

2. the CO check every 10min if on constant obs and q 15 if they are on close obs' The nurses must chart on the i/m q 2 hrs

3 harm to self or others and any other reason that the shift commander fells is necessary.

3. It is not necessary for the nurses to be present for the strip search but security can request our presence

4. I work at a female prison, so the i/m may have underpants, if they are on their menses and have the psychiatrist's order, otherwise the have a security smoke and a security blanket only
