NP pay

Hello! I'm a family nurse practitioner working at a pediatric clinic in Houston, Texas. I currently make $52/hr. My clinic is now asking me to take call once a week. I haven't been taking call for years now that I am part-time. At first they asked me to take night call without any extra pay. I told them I am hourly working, so legally they are require to pay me. I'm curious how much other NPs are making for on-call and your thoughts on a fair compensation. Please share your thoughts! Thank you in advance.

They are already paying you a very low hourly rate, I would require pay for the call.

I was paid $150 to be on call over the weekend, essentially Friday evening to Monday morning.
