Yayyyy thanks for replying. This is my original post.Ill try posting it again to see if i get any more replies...

Hello everyone I am moving from ny to miami and am looking to get into a good LPN school in the miami area.(ill be living in fort lauderdale). I have signed up for Mercy hospital entrance exam already but I need a few more*options. Can*i get some suggestions of other good schools I can apply to thats accredited? Thanks in advance guys.

I think jersey college of nursing has a school in Ft.Lauderdale, check them out, and Mage you can go on the "Florida nursing" boards and possibly get some ideas from them, good luck!

Oh well I don't live in Florida but I used to. Look at the community colleges there like BCC or PBCC. I went to Keiser and Kaplan both in Ft Lauderdale for RN. They might have an PN program. Also try the board of nursing for Florida they will have a list of schools on there as well. Good luck

Go to the board of nursing in Florida. Look up the names of the schools in your soon to be area, check out their pass rates, and start googling. I know there are good lpn schools down there I just don't know their names. Another thing to do is visit them. When you get to a school see how organized they are, how does it look, how do they act, talk to students.

You would want to apply to Sheridan or Mercy hospital they have the BEST LPN programs. Unfortunately, I'm in Miami Gardens so I chose a school closer to me here in Miami

Thanks you guys for replying,i found a few...

I live in Miami. There are good affordable LPN schools are at Sheridan technical college, bcc, Miami lakes tech, lindsey hopkins.

I am only familiar with the ones in broward county such as Mcfatter, Sheridan and Atlantic Tech. I was accepted to Mcfatter and I start on 5/15.

I have a question I'm starting the Patient Care Assistant program at McFatter June 8, 2015 it's 2 months long but I will be attending Broward College August Fall term will I still be eligible for Financial aid?
