No reply after shadowing?

I went in for an interview at my dream job, everything went well but I asked to shadow to see if I can really do the job. After the shadowing I sent an email as the manager requested as to how the shadowing went. Here's when I hear nothing back. It's been a week now and despite sending 2 emails after the shadowing I've heard nothing back yet. Does it normally take this long? Should I call to follow up?? I'd love this job!

    Try speaking with someone in HR to check on the status of things. Were you working with a recruiter? You might also check with them. The manager might just be busy.

    I would continue with the job search in the mean time however.
