2019 NMC Decision Letter

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

I called nmc today and was told my documents haven't reached them. It was sent 2 weeks ago, has anyone experienced this please? What can I do?

Hi. Do you have the tracking number of your documents? In my case, i sent my documents thru DHL, they gave me a tracking and i was able to track the parcel online (its location until it reached the UK, it even showed who received the documents in NMC).

Hello everyone! My queue date starts from 6th of August and I am still waiting for my DL, read all the previous threads and figured that it will atleast take one month for my DL to arrive.

My question is, assuming if I get my DL on 6th Sept, when shall I expect to fly to the UK? I already have an offer from one of the NHS hospitals. Thank you so much for your reaponses! ?

I was thinking the same thing but a friend told me it took her just a month and a half after the cert of sponsorship from the hosp she will work with was released. I actually received my decision however I need to transfer to another nhs trust because the first hospital where i got accepted will deploy their next batch of nurses in December or early next year. So my agent advised me to try another hospital. I will have the skype interview with them soon which made me so anxious.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. How long did it take for you to wait for your DL? And can we transfer our trust after fetching the DL?

Hi Everyone, NMC just received all my documents tody and updated on the portal (August 27). Does that mean that is my QD or should I reach out to them to confirm?

Hello friends

I was just wondering , what is the pass percentage of Osce? What if one couldn't clear exam in 3 attempts?

Hmmmm. 27 days (weekends included ? ). yes, we can. there are nurses with the same situation like mine. because in the DL, they will not mention your hosp or the trust.

That is such a good news! I just hope that my the hospital which offered me should provide me a date to join as early as possible. All the best to your future endeavours!

Hi friends,

Had anyone got DL who joined the queue after July 26th. I'm still waiting for it.

Your NMC application will be cancelled. You should leave UK and restart the process again from CBT.

Anyone encountered with any such case in past? It's very scary ?

Yes, you need to call or send them an email. Sometimes, the queue date is different from when the last document was uploaded into your portal.

Same queue date, no DL yet. However, I called yesterday and the operator said I already have an assessor and he gave me her name. E-mailed my assessor and she told me that my application is ready for assessment and gave me a time frame of two weeks for her to finish the assessment. Sigh
