2019 NMC Decision Letter

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Any 4th July with nmc feedback?

Still waiting to hear a word from applicants with 4th July queue date

I've heard that they no longer release COS specifically every 5th or 15th of the month. They can release your COS anytime. Some trusts even have a ready COS upon passing their interviews.

This is good news!

My queue date is 2nd July and I have received the email from on NMC on last Friday to resubmit the good health declaration form. As I tick yes in one of the option (Have you previously employed the applicant in any capacity) instead no. I have sent again the form yesterday. lets see now.

I do not think you are wrong, the form actually said your current place of work occupational health department or a medical doctor, except I got a wrong form.

I have tick yes on this as well (Are you related to the applicant?).

Well relations maybe biased.

Hear from them, but turning down an application filled in by your current employer is contradicting their guide on the form.

I believe the question on the form is if you have previously employed the applicant in any capacity not currently, so yes it can be filled by your current employer who hasn't previously employed you. For the relations, they will most likely ask you to resend as it is biased but be hopeful your case might be different .

I’ve read in one of the applicants here had the same case. She even mentioned that declaration of good Health shouldn’t be filled up by your previous employer nor anyone related to you to avoid delays like she experienced. Did you send it again by post? If so, wait til they receive it. And call them to ask for an update.

there are some who had to wait a week or two after resubmission before they got their DL. Rest assured, it won’t be too long before you have your DL

Yes. Actually I've read one post from facebook. On the same day NMC received all his documents, he called to confirm his qeue date, few hours after that he received his DL. He sure was lucky.

Oh, wow. I really don't know why some could get their DL in an instant. I thought the NMC is queuing applicants. I really don't get logic of why some get it sooner than others. It's understandable if it takes a while especially for those who have "feedback".

Hi,

I uploaded all my documents on 21st June and started on the queue.

18th July - I received my first review, asking for additional documents, the same day it was done and again got into the queue

22nd July – second review, asking for more documents, the same day it was done and entered the queue.

Meanwhile, my assessor got changed.

29th July – third review, with the new assessor, 30th everything uploads completed, no more pending documents, and went into the queue again. Assessor on leave since then. Customer service says I am in the queue and need to wait.

I am impatiently awaiting a reply. Anyone with similar experiences? When do you think I can get my DL?
