2019 NMC Decision Letter

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Hi I want to know the same thing.

The date your last document was uploaded is most probably your queue date. To confirm your queue date, best call the NMC.

Hi everyone! Just want to let you know that I already received my DL last week.

June 3rd: 1st queue date

July 1st: NMC emailed for re-submission of my TOR

-called NMC regarding the matter and it was resolved. They instructed me to just disregard the email and resubmit my application by clicking on the 'submit' button on my portal.

July 5th: 2nd re-entry to the queue. They told me to wait for another 30-60 days. Woah!! For reall??

-I kept calling NMC almost everyday. Haha. These anxieties and waiting game is totally killin me! Haha

July 11th: 6 days after my re-entry, around 6:55PM PST(11:55AM in London), I got an email from NMC that I can already download my DL on my portal... I am quite surprised that the long wait is finally over and that it was really true that the waiting time on the 2nd queue date is not that long.

Sorry for this long post. I just wanted to inspire and give hope to those who are also with me in this journey. These will all be worth it! Sending my prayers to all of you.

Feel free to ask me in any queries re: NMC application. I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

Congratulations!!

I'm wondering though, why it took time for the NMC to ask for resubmission, while they asked for resubmission the very same date they received my papers.

How you find out that you are re enter the Queue?

Nowdays, how much time DL taking to come?

How long is the decision letter valid for? I am planning it to take the OSCE in July 2020. But that would be the second year after I have received it. I know I am pushing it a little bit.

I think it depends on the complexity of the papers you submitted. In this waiting game, patience and prayers are the key.

You have to call them to confirm your queue date. ?

I just received my DL tonight. My queue date was June 19. When I logged in my account with NMC the download link does not show? Anyone faced the same problem and how was it resolved? Thank you!

Go to my application and click on it to download the decision letter

Hi everyone,

My queue date is July 1st and I just realize that forms should be filled with black ink. My GP certificate is in blue ink.

I am worried that they may ask me to resubmit the form.

Any here have similar experiences..?

I have read somewhere that there were applicants who got a DL even if their forms are in blue ink. As long, as it's uniformly the same color throughout the form, I think it will be okay.

Or if you're really worried, try to e-mail NMC. They may take too long to reply (up to more than a week), but you can be always assured with their answers. So don't resubmit yet while the NMC has not advised you to do so.

Hello, everyone! I am so glad to have found this thread. I am also processing my papers to receive a Decision Letter. As of now, I'm still waiting for my registration authority form to be finished (They're taking almost 3 weeks ugh) and it's the only thing lacking in my portal. Just have a couple of questions to anyone who may be so kind to answer:

1. I have read somewhere that there are some agencies or hospitals for which an applicant is bound that do not require you to wait for the decision letter before you could fly to UK. How true is this?

2. I have also read somewhere (yep, I read lots of forums online regarding people's experiences) that even when your documents have already arrived in their office, it will take a few days before they can be uploaded in the portal. Has anyone else encountered this? When my school form and good health arrived, they were instantly uploaded. I'm not sure with the registration form though.
