2019 NMC Decision Letter

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Do I need to carry out any test from the medical Practitioners or there is any form I need to fill.i am confused.please anybody that has successfully does this should be guide me accordingly.

Thanks

You guys will love it. No you do jot have to carry out any tests just have a GP email to add and they'll sort you out.

Cheers.

When you get here you'll attend an Occupational Health where they'll do their tests and so forth.

Wow, good to hear

Finally I got my visa. Please is it possible to travel from naija. I stay in SA and got the visa in SA, but I'll be going to Nigeria shortly, so I'm thinking of flying to UK from naija. Is it possible or it's a must I travel from SA?

Hey guys,

I submited mine on 2nd of January 2020 and got a request for feedback on exactly the 40th day. So if they have all the info they need it will probably take about 40 days.

Thanks for the reply. did you get any email after submitting? Or they do not communicate unless they are asking for more information?

I did not get an email. I phoned to make sure it was all OK and they said I dont have to do anything until they get into contact with me.

Hey guys,

Anyone else waiting on CoS from Luton and Dunstable NHS Trust? My agent sent in my documents a month ago and I have not heard anything back. If you have more info from your agent or the hospital as to when the new cohort is starting, please let me know. Thank you!

Guys please help! I submitted my application on 2 January and got feedback on 40th day saying I must do IELTS. I did it and passed, submitted 25 February and then 2 days layer told my police clearance (UK and South African) are expired. At the time of my initial application these documents were not expired. Now it is going to take up to 3 months for my clearance from South Africa. Has anyone had this problem?
