hey i just wanted to ask how important is the subject title in pnle? like what if instead of Nursing Practice I i wrote Nursing Practice 1? what if i wrote it in all caps? does it matter? please do answer

I know NLE is nursing licensure exam in the Philippines (NLE is to the Philippines as NCLEX is to the USA)
