Hello all...

I took my NCLEX-RN today and got 85 questions and I am freaking out... I need advice.. I keep reading all these posts of everyone passing with 85 questions but I am soo not sure, I felt confident in the beginning but the questions kept getting harder and when it shut off I wanted more questions... ANY ADVICE????

Best thing to do is wait for your results, get out of the house and relax. Stressing over your results isn't going to change them.Hang in there and let us know how you do. Good luck
