Hello Nurses,
I am new to this forum and going through a dilemma. I am an internationally educated nurse. Last October 24, 2014 CGFNS CES approved and sent my CES report to the NJ Board of Nursing. When I applied to the NJ Board of Nursing, they keep saying CGFNS CES has never sent the CGFNS CES report. It is already been 5 months and NJ BON still keep saying they have not received it. CGFNS, on the other hand, are 100% sure they sent it and they can track it down on their files. CGFNS even sent me a copy what they CES report looks like.
I don't know what to do? Who lying and who's telling the truth? It seems neither offices refuse to communicate with one another. CGFNS say they don't re-sent. NJ BON say they don't talk to CGFNS........OMGGGGG!!! What am I going to do?? This could go on for years and I'll never get my authorization to test (ATT). What am I supposed to do? My hard earned nursing degree and nursing career dreams killed by bureaucracy!!!
Please, anyone out there, who has been in this situation help me out. Thanks a million.

Why don't you try taking the NCLEX in another state and applying for endorsement. Of course, you may just run into the same issues when New Jersey tries to validate your education program (which, I might add, is BS anyway after another state has already licensed you - I'm looking at you, California).
The problem isn't my education. My diploma/transcript has already been rightfully validated by CGFNS. The NJ BON rely on CGFNS to validate your education. The NJ BON however, is being an idiot by "pretending" they never received the CGFNS CES report. The stupidity is beyond comprehension. In this modern day, the 21st century, the digital age no less - they never saw the CGFNS-CES report. Bizarre to the utmost! It has been 5 months and CGFNS are absolutely sure they have sent it to New Jersey. They even have copies of it on their file.
