Nighingale Schduling System

We are the first unit to try this out in our hospital. Anyone else use it? From what I have heard there is no down side but I find that so hard to believe.

It is a web based scheduling system so basically we can fill in our schedule from home, we can set "rules" for it as well, to make sure everyone is working thier required every 3rd weekend, 3 fridays per schedule etc. Since we can see what everyone else is filling in they are hoping more people will sign up whre the holes are.
