NICU in Oregon

Hello I am a nursing student in oregon and am doing a research paper on the effects on nurses working in the neonatal intensive care unit. I would like to know if anyone here has any experiences they would like to share with me, they would be greatly appreciated. I have posted this question in the NICU discussion also but was hoping for some local input. Thank you so much for your time.

Check out The Oregonian website @ Oregonlive.com. Search through the archives or past articles area(not sure the exact name). They ran a 4 part story on NICU nurses in Portland around the end of september.

thanks for the information, I have read the article and have it as one of my sources of information. There was also one the following week about premature babies, and the developmental effects.
