Yes I also got this - it seemed to work on my phone? Also does anyone know if we are able to apply if we have federal loans for undergrad? I have always paid them, but I wasn't sure if this counted as outstanding federal debt or liens?

I was a recipient for my nursing degree and I'm reapplying for my doctorate degree. You just have to be accepted into an accredited nursing program that will be starting by or before either August or September.

OK this is what I thought but I spoke to someone from the HRSA and they said I must be in the APRN portion of the program which makes no sense to me given what is outlined in their eligibility criteria. Maybe I will just try to apply anyway?
