Has anyone heard anything for the 2020 application cycle? Hoping that the third time applying is the charm.

Good Luck to everyone that has applied!

I have been wondering the same thing. My status still says "under review". I haven't seen a credit check either. My site score is 21 but I am not sure how this all works. First-year applying.

Good so I’m not the only one! My site is a 19 this year so I’m hopeful! No credit check yet as well!

How did the process go the other years you applied?

Previously they did it earlier in the year and they did credit checks in June. However with COVID who knows when we will find out anything.

I got a finalist letter today! NHSC Rural Community Loan. I applied back in February as soon as the application cycle opened. Had a credit check in April, got an email from them last week wanting me to give them current loan payoff amounts. This is my third time applying. Good luck everybody!

Nice, CONGRATS! The LRP application deadline was extended until May 21st. When did your application close?

I am not guaranteed to get it until cosigned- so I am still nervous! The application period was supposed to close 4/23 but was extended to 5/15. I submitted my application in March.

That’s awesome! Congratulations glad to hear they are starting the process!

They were quick to get things started for you. I wonder why the deadline was extended this year. Do we know if applicants from the LRP have started to receive credit checks yet?

Received my credit check yesterday! Fingers crossed this is the year!

CONGRATS! I got mine also. Now we wait. Hopefully, we hear something soon.
