NHSC Loan Repayment Program

Today I got a "Confirmation of Interest" under the loan National Health Service Corps Substance Use Disorder Workforce Loan Repayment Program (LRP)

I do not know how I find my most recent score of the facility. If anyone can tell me that I can give you more information. My DTI 163% Student loans/salary. I am not sure how that was calculated. I have applied 3 different times. Both to HRSA/Nurse Corps and the state of PA loan forgiveness. So technically this is my 4th time applying.

Any other information I can give or questions I will try to answer.

When I was applying for the LRP I had called customer service and they looked up my site and was able to give me my site score. My site score is 21 which I think is pretty high, but I haven't heard anything yet. I haven't gotten a credit check yet either. But from what I hear people are already getting their confirmation of interest so maybe this is not my year. This is my first year applying so I am not sure how the DTI ratio works.

I just got a credit check last week, but that is all. Nothing else yet.

Has anyone gotten a COI and then not gotten an award?

I looked through the message boards- I couldn’t find anything

Hey! This is my first year applying, on June 29 I received my “finalist” email and on Friday I checked my contract and it was signed OFAM HRSA approver on July 14, but I haven’t received any other emails from them. I’ve heard that this means I’ve been awarded the repayment, but I’m not getting my hopes up until I get the confirmation email. Any other thoughts?

I haven't heard anything yet. That is great you are a finalist. This is my first year applying. Did you apply for NHSC lrp? I am hoping to hear something soon. I hate the waiting game.

I just got my COI letter and signed today. I'm also curious to know if anybody has gotten the COI letter, signed the contract, and then not ended up getting the award?
