New to School Nursing

Hi there,

I'm transitioning from acute care to school nursing. The school is private, and has not had a school nurse before. Any tips, advice, words of wisdom as I embark? I'll be planning and implementing the whole shebang, soup to nuts. Thanks in advance for your time!
