well, i have Kaplan (2004-2005) review book. went to the bookstore to compare it with new Kaplan (2007-2008) review book. noticed that all Qs are the SAME, except for a few (but really few) Qs. otherwise it's the same book with the same Qs.
maybe Sauders new edition is the same as the old one (added a few more new Qs). - just my opinion.

i don't know if this book helps. i think their tests and rationales are too easy. its cd contains 180 Q. a few of those Qs i found in the book too. my score was above 70. yet, i failed twice.
soon i'm going to go to the bookstore and compare Saunders's editions.(i have the old one)

Noooooooooo!!!!!
Ok I'm Ok.
I have an older Saunders question book and just bought the current version. It's pretty much the same, even some of the same questions.
I'm thinking the meat and potatoes of nursing wouldn't change much but please let us know if the new book is different by a long stretch.
