Welcome to the site
I have moved your post to the International forum where there is much already written on what you need to do. What visa are you moving to the US with?
Starting point would be the sticky called Primer to working in the US, also threads on retrogression as if you are looking at using your RN to get a GC then current waiting times is over 5 years. Strongly suggest a good read on here.
thanks foR the repLY..
aCtually she became my tita because of my husband..my husband is studying practical nurse here he will about to graduate nxt yr..and our aunt tel him that she will help him..Do You think the process will Be that fast?I dont know if his aunt had nursing home or agency in Texas bEcause i Heard that she has 70 employee im not reallY sUre..She told that I have to get 2yrs hosp. experienced here so it will be easy for her to help me.. So i have to wait 2 or more yrs here.. because Ive graduated last 2007 only..My plan is to work there with my husband as nursing Aid first or what as stepping's stone only to earn money for my exams there..
What should I do..Im pregnant right after graduation just why I want to work there to earn and help my family here ..because Im shy to them..

If your Aunt is looking at petitioning your husband and he is a LPN then you will find it does not meet immigration requirements as needs to be RN. Regardless on who is petitioning with retrogression you are looking at years before moving to the US, also is your aunt aware that there is a lot to do with petitioning like proving income etc. Definitely get as much experience as you can whilst waiting but current suggest on waiting times is just over 5 years from I140 approval
thank you very much for your info it helps..
My husband is not an LPn yet, he's still pursuing he's study here going to 2nd yr..and hopefully his aunt will help him to get there in Texas to work not as Practical Nurse but any work related or not to earn money to support our child,,I think he will go first before me because I need to get experience here and hopefully I will follow if everything is okay to help him there to support our child and help our family..Am I thinking advanced??:')i dont know maybe I just really want to make it up to my family because right now they are very disappointed at me knowing that I will help them reach 'american Dream"YOu know Filipino Mentality,,but accidentally I've became pregnant they are mad also for the reason that my husband is not yet stable.. but its okay I think my baby is God's grace and blessing for us....
I m really glad I found this site where you guys are very accomodating!!
