New PN

I know you look at the new PN as they have no sense, but look at it like this, you were there at one time, and most of these woman or men have never been in the nursing field in there life, just to visit someone. Where I live in Michigan there is a community college that is now requiring that the nursing students have to be a nursing asst. or they can't apply to the nursing program, which is some ways is good but in others ways this is wrong.

They will get better trust, because I will soon be one of those new Pn, but I know the different. what I want to know is how do you keep from trying to do something you know how to do already?
