New to OB

I have been a Med-Surg nurse for 8 years, and am now cross-training to our OB department. We are a small hospital and only have 60-70 deliveries a year. I'll be doing L&D, Postpartum, and Nursery. I'm a little rusty on my OB knowledge since it's been a little while since nursing school. Are there any free websites that can help me refresh myself with the most important information? Or any other advice you have?
