New NCLEX test

Has anyone taken the new NCLEX format? What did you think? How did you do? I am taking it at the end of May and I am nervous.

Any advice?

Check out the NCLEX Discussion Forum. There is already some talk of the new test there. No major changes as far as the question formats are concerned, but a slight increase in the passing standard.

Hi there - i honestly cannot give you any great news I took it today and it was hard as hell I feel like school or studying did not prep me for what they had in store for me. All I can say is take your time, take a deep breath and just go for it. That is all you can do. All the best.

hello.. i took my exam today too.. it's a day that i cannot explain... and yes i agree with JAworried... it was HARD... its like i know nothing.. just stay focused...

Congrats! What NCLEX book or books did you study from???

When did they increase the passing standard? Is it anything like HESI?
