It would be to your benefit to take the test next month to avoid the new changes.

if you could read the whole comprehensive book if you have saunders/kaplan/hesi/hurst for 1 week or 2. focus on the subjects that most of the takers had as for the nclex-rn exam... look for the thread here in the nclex forum...

then after that week of reading, answer questions ranging 75-200 questions everyday. read the rationales... (saunders cd, kaplan, hesi, nsna or la charity) don't stop answering questions... 1 week before your exam listen to heart/breath sounds. i reviewed through youtube.

pray and pray... take care of yourself and believe that you'll pass.

if you could take nclex-rn before april it would be better but if you feel you're not ready then don't. it doesn't matter if they changed the nclex-rn plan, remember that you graduated from nursing school and school is tougher than this test... what state are you taking it?

you can do it. (also read the testimonials of the members here in the allnurses.com, it really helps) don't forget to pray ok? God speed!:specs:
