i have a question i just passed boards and im going to start applying to a few places...if i go to fill out a application at a facility should i give them my resume with the app too..ive never had to write a resume before so its all kinda new to me...basically all the info on the resume is on the app right...im confused i just want to get a job...anyone got any tips?

i would submit my application along with a resume. having a resume handy makes you present more professional and prepared in an employers eyes. congrats and good luck on your job search.

I am also a new lpn and I will start a new job in acute care unit by june 1st....Starting with double weekend .Am I fool to accept this job for the first time in my life? or It is worth it having my all week for myself!!! I need to get some skills right away..but I am nervous...:stone I did'nt have to give them any resume by the way:nurse:

I now work 5 days per week, 8 hour days, and it feels like a rude awakening.
Thanks for all the help! I think ill just fill the app out and include a resume with it...i guess it wouldnt hurt.
