Hi everyone it is DaSuperRN

I wanted to say I ask to close DaSuperRn I've been under that name since 2002. I changed it to DaNurseRN a fresh start.

The Super part had to go that was the ego talking then.

Thanks for all the support. :balloons:

Well, I decided to try to straighten out these messes at the other facility. I am going to work my 90 day probationary period out and see how it goes after that. I have requested policies on the things I am concerned about i.e. medicine records. I did recieve some more Vent training. The trach is a whiz now. I am feeling much better. If I am unsure about something I'll post a question here first, because I really recieved some great pointers on how to go about addressing my current issues from this board.

Thanks for sticking with me.... :balloons:
