New here. Hello!

Ok, I posted a question about leaving your job after 16 years...has anyone ever done that? Also, has anyone found that Kaiser hopsitals have better benefits than others?

I've gotten carried away with the homebirth thread, but just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a NICU nurse for almost 16 years and I wouldn't do anything else!

I would appreciate advice. Hopefully I haven't made a bad first impression with my firm stance against homebirth!

I would like ot hear from you!
